Every one of our Gluten Free 4 Me boxes contain a minimum of 10 -12 items.
So whats in the box?
Our packed and delivered boxes include at least 10 - 12 different Gluten Free Celiac safe products.
We try include products that all of us use in the kitchen, however when substituted with most Gluten Free products, well they either don't cook in the same manner or they quite plainly just taste nothing (aka horrible) like what you remember the same product tasting that your trying to emulate. This holds especially true for kids transitioning to a Gluten free diet this can be quite difficult which we understand having been through this process ourselves.
Having tried and tested products from all over South Africa and abroad what we include in our box will serve as a must have for all Gluten Free households.
Personally our main items have been things like flour (which gets used in just so many recipes like sauces, baking etc) and simple good old pastas.
We make sure each box is generously packed with high quality everyday use items as well as some treats you never thought could be part of your Gluten Free journey!
Each month we try and rotate some of the items however if there are any specific items you would like repeated in your order just let us know.
